I used the site to look at prices and book an activity, and yeah, it was easy to figure out. Nothing too fancy or confusing, the main stuff was right there, and the booking steps were simple enough to follow.

I liked having the important info in one spot, like opening times and the basic things you need to know before you go. The photos helped too, just to get a rough idea of what the place was like.
The only annoying bit was that some pages loaded kind of slow on my phone, and I had to go back once or twice because it didn’t feel super smooth. But it still did the job, and I’d use it again.

I bought a Hangloose Adventure gift voucher for my brother and it was really straightforward. It landed in my email quickly, looked clear, and I didn’t have to faff around trying to figure anything out.

He used it later to book his activity and said the code worked first time, which was a relief. Then suddenly I was weirdly impressed by how painless the whole thing was. Nice way to get someone something a bit different, and I’d happily use it again

I expected so much better for a day out!! The toilets were messy, the bins were overflowing, and the changing area just felt dirty overall!! It really put a downer on the visit and made the facilities feel poorly looked after!!

I didn’t really like the vibe here. The website made it look warm and welcoming, so I was kind of confused when I got there and it felt cold and uninviting. The atmosphere just wasn’t for me, and I didn’t really enjoy being there.

Getting there was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The directions were awful, and we ended up driving around in circles for too long, which I have zero patience for. Once we finally got on site, the signs weren’t much help either. Even the staff seemed like they were used to people being confused and lost. It was a really annoying way to start the day and definitely put us in a bad mood.

We had a really fun day overall, but I wish the photo and video options had been a little more reasonable. The video choices felt limited, and the photo package was more expensive than I expected. I get that businesses need to make money, but it would be nice if they kept it fair for families who just want a few memories from the day

I went along to watch my son do the zip wire. The views were really nice and the staff seemed friendly enough, so that was a good part of the day. But because I wasn’t taking part myself, there wasn’t a whole lot to do while I waited, which made it feel a bit slow. The cafe was also busy, so it wasn’t the easiest place to sit and relax. Overall, it was a decent day out, just not something I’d call amazing...

The rain ended up delaying everything, which I was expecting to be a bit of a headache. But the staff handled it really smoothly and got things sorted without making a big fuss. Not ideal weather-wise, but the way they dealt with it was better than I expected

The age and weight rules confused me a bit before booking. Could be clearer.

I booked after checking all the details on the website, but when I got there, some of the info didn’t match up. The times and prices weren’t very clear either, which made the whole experience frustrating :/ The staff were okay, but the website definitely needs to be updated. I wouldn’t really trust it again

We stopped by and I sent a message after our visit, but yeah, nobody ever got back to me. Kinda disappointing honestly.

We had a good time at Hangloose Adventure. The staff were friendly and the ride itself was genuinely fun, so no complaints there.

The only thing is, it felt like we spent way more time getting ready and waiting around than actually doing the ride. Still a nice day out, but for the price, I just wish it lasted a bit longer.

I had a decent time overall, I guess, but the equipment was kind of uncomfortable for me. The harness felt tight in a few weird spots, and after a while it started rubbing enough that I kept noticing it. The staff were nice and helpful, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, but I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy it because I was constantly adjusting the gear. Maybe it fits other people better, but for me it just wasn’t all that comfortable

Booking was easy and went through without any issues. Check-in took maybe a little longer than we were expecting, which was kind of annoying after traveling. The staff seemed fine overall, not overly friendly but helpful enough.

I came in feeling mentally drained and just wanted something easy. The burger was okay, nothing I’d go out of my way to get again, but the beer was actually good and hit the spot. Overall, it was fine, not bad, just nothing too memorable

I went here with a work group, it felt disorganized. The staff were nice enough, and I don’t think anyone was trying to make things difficult, but the timing and instructions just weren’t clear for a group our size. When people are paying and trying to enjoy a day out together, it feels fair to expect things to run a little more smoothly. It might be fine for smaller groups, but I wouldn’t really recommend it for a bigger group event.

I had to cancel our booking at the last minute because our plans changed, and I thought it was going to be a hassle. But the team got back to me quickly and let me know what info they needed from me, which made it alot less stressful.
The refund wasn’t instant and took a few days to show up, but it did come through with no issues. I’d probably give 5 stars if it had been a bit faster, but overall it was handled fairly and I appreciated the help.

We went to Hangloose Adventure parking was straightforward. There was a decent amount of space when we arrived, and we didn’t have to drive around forever looking for a spot, which was a BIG plus.
The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that the signs near the entrance could be a little clearer. Other than that, it was really no hassle at all

I had a really fun day overall, but the queues were longer than I’ve dealt with at similar places, and the crowds felt a bit harder to navigate than I expected. Compared to other days out I’ve done, this one was still enjoyable, just a little more chaotic and tiring.
